Basic SEO setup is included in all website packages. If you would like any beyond that, you will need to hire an SEO Strategist. I have one I am happy to recommend if you need a referral!
Is SEO included?
It does not. We can choose whatever two consecutive days work with your schedule. But I know that most people work Monday through Friday, and they really only have the time to get things done on the weekends. So if that's the case for you, I am happy to work weekend hours to launch your site!
Does Done by Monday actually need to be done over the weekend?
If your site is already built on Showit, I am happy to take a look and custom quote it. But if it is built on any other platform, it would be a new project
Can you work with a site I already have?
Heck no! After your site launches, you will have access to your Google Drive. In there lives a PDF guidebook on the functions of your Showit dashboard, a walk through video tutorial on your specific website, and some launch graphics for your site if you care to use them on your socials. You will also receive 30 day tech support, so if you are having any issues, you can shoot me an email and I am happy to either send over a video on how to fix what isn't working, or I can log into your account and fix it for you! I am also working on launching a tech dashboard that you will have access to - this will serve as a hub of resources and should be available Fall of 2026.
What happens after my site launches? Are you just gone?
My packages have set page limits. If you need five or more pages, you would automatically fall into the Full Experience package. The package is $3,800 for the first five pages and each additional page is $350. I like to keep my pricing transparent so you know exactly what to expect. For example, a 10 page website would be $5,550.
What if I need more pages than what's in my package?
You do! I 10/10 recommend a brand photoshoot prior to building your website. I can always help you source a photographer wherever you are located and create a shot list for them. Or I can use stock photos, but it is always preferred to have your own photography to help bring the website together.
Do I need to provide my own photos?
Yes. Your copy leads the structure of the entire website. If you are looking to hire a copywriter, I have a few I can suggest. If you would like to take a try at it on your own, I do provide you with a copywriting template and ChatGPT guide to help the process.
Do I need to have my copy written before we start?
All of my websites are built on Showit. I've worked on pretty much every platform out there — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, you name it — and Showit is genuinely the one I'd choose every time. Full creative control on my end, and once it's yours, you can make updates yourself without keeping me on retainer.

Nope. Not virality, not followers, not sales. Anyone who guarantees you a specific follower count or a certain number of leads is making a promise they can't actually keep. Social media doesn't work that way and I'm not going to pretend it does. What I do is show up consistently for your brand and build connection with your audience. And hopefully the rest follows.
Do you guarantee results?
Because the data backs them up consistently. Adam Mosseri, the head of Instagram, has said it himself: carousels get pushed out twice. Once with the first slide, and then again with the second slide if your audience didn't engage the first time around. Two chances for people to see your post without paying for an ad. That math works for me.
Why carousels over other formats?
My packages are carousel-only. Reels take a completely different level of production and time, and if I included them I'd have to charge way more. I built these packages to be accessible for small business owners and I want to keep it that way.
Do you create Instagram Reels?
It depends on where you're starting from, but realistically you're looking at 6 to 8 weeks before the data starts telling a real story. Some clients see engagement pick up sooner. Some take a little longer. Pinterest especially is a slow burn. The algorithm needs time to learn who you are and who to show you to. That's exactly why the minimum commitments exist.
How long before I start seeing results?
Results take time. The first few weeks are all about getting the rhythm down, learning your audience, and figuring out what content lands. Results don't show up overnight and anyone telling you otherwise is lying. 12 weeks gives us enough data to make smart decisions and enough consistency to actually move the needle.
Why the 12-week commitment?
One round of revisions is included in your package. If you don't like what I originally created, just let me know and I am happy to make adjustments!
What if I don't like a post?
Every two weeks, I batch and upload all of your content (posts and captions) to a shared Google Drive folder. If your posts go live on Monday, you'll have everything in your folder by the Wednesday before. You have until Thursday night to review and request any edits. I'll make those adjustments and re-upload by Friday so you have the weekend to do a final look. Sunday night is your last chance to flag anything. If I don't hear from you, I'm posting as-is Monday morning.
How does the approval process work?
Everything will sound like it came from you! During the onboarding process, you will complete a questionnaire that allows me to capture your voice so everything posted sounds authentic.
Will it actually sound like me or will it be obvious someone else wrote it?
If your Instagram is linked to your business Facebook page, carousels will automatically post there too. But I don't log into your Facebook account or manage anything on that end. Pinterest posts stay on Pinterest.
Do you cross post to Facebook?

Do you require a deposit?
I try to make sure that doesn't happen. On our discovery call I'll be upfront about what's realistic for one day. If your list is bigger than a single day can hold, we'll talk about that before you ever book and get it squared away in advance. No surprises day-of.
What if we don't finish everything on my list?
Whatever you need for your specific project. Print-ready files, web graphics, editable source files. It all depends on what we're making. We'll talk through this beforehand so you know exactly what you're walking away with.
What file types do I get at the end?
It depends on what we're building. We'll cover all of this on the call so nothing catches you off guard. But generally speaking — if it involves your website, I need your login. If it involves print design, I need dimensions and any templates. If it involves copy, I need your copy.
What do I need to have ready before my VIP Day?
You don't need to be glued to your phone but you do need to be reachable. I'll send things over for approval throughout the day via text or email. A slow response means a slow turnaround on my end, so the faster you can give me a thumbs up, the more we get done.
How available do I need to be on the day?

What if I don't like a post?
We hop on a call to go through your project list and talk through everything I'll need from you. What you have to pull together before the day depends on the project. Packaging design might need templates or dimensions. Website updates need your login. A brochure needs your copy/pricing. Every project is a little different, which is exactly why we talk it through first.
What do we do before the VIP Day?
Eight hours. A full day, heads down on your stuff. We will connect beforehand to go over the details, you might have a little homework to do before the day arrives (gathering assets, dimensions, logins, that kind of thing), and then day-of I'll check in with you throughout for approvals. Those can happen over email or text so you're not stuck staring at your screen all day. Go live your life. I'll send you things to look at.
How long is a VIP Day?
Absolutely. If your project needs more than one day, we plan for that upfront. Or if you just find yourself with another pile of design stuff down the road, you can book again whenever you need me.
